Les lumières d'admission et d'échappement ont été totalement repensées : en analysant la dynamique thermo-fluide du moteur, les performances globales ont été fortement améliorées en termes de puissance et de couple, atteignant de nouveaux niveaux pour la première fois. L'orifice d'admission est réinventé, ajoutant un cinquième orifice usiné CNC pour permettre un débit de gaz plus élevé entrant dans la chambre de combustion.
Athena is pleased to announce an absolute novelty in the world of Minarelli vertical AC motors. The intake and exhaust ports have been completely redesigned: by analyzing the thermo-fluid dynamics of the engine, the overall performance has been greatly improved in terms of power and torque, reaching new levels for the first time. The intake port is reinvented, adding a fifth CNC-machined port to allow higher gas flow entering the combustion chamber.
